Seven albums (volumes) dating from 1902 through 1933 provide pictorial documentation of the interests by McCormick in various types of bridge construction and in bridges located all over the world.

This item is a copy of an article based on research done on the Paul Harteck collection at the RPI Institute Archives and Special Collections, by Manfred von Hassel. The article is entitled "Die Harteckshe Uranmaschine," or "Harteck's Uranium Machine." The article is mostly in German.

Correspondence, writings and research notes, miscellaneous family materials, and photographs documenting Harteck’s professional activities in both Germany and the United States from the late 1920’s to the 1970’s.
